II.  Working environment

III.  Applications

 

Drawing, bending, flanging, press blanking processes for metal materials. Straightening, press fitting and press forming processes for power.

 

IV.  Features.

  1. Computer optimized design, the design of structure has fully absorbed the advantage of similar products.
  2. 3-beam, 4-column structure. Upper beam, ram and lower beam are connected by 4 columns and fixed by nuts to compose a closed frame. Worktable and hydraulic cushion are both welded plate structure, retreated by tempering to eliminate force after welding. The accuracy is adjusted by adjustment nuts and locking nuts on the top of upper beam. Ram moves rely on the 4 columns. Lubrication system is available.
  3. The cushion plate fixed on the worktable is made of 35# casting steel. There are T slots on the ram and cushion plate for installing moulds. T slots are made according to national standard or customized.
  4. Main cylinder which is fixed on the upper beam hole adopts piston cylinder and connected with ram. Hydraulic cushion cylinder adopts piston cylinder and fixed on the worktable connected with hydraulic cushion.
  5. The hydraulic cushion is installed inside the worktable and moves along 6 guide-ways to perform knockout and pressing. Lubrication system is available.
  6. Cartridge valve integral unit equipped for hydraulic control system, reliable, durable and less hydraulic shock, with shorter connection pipeline and fewer releases points.
  7. Independent electrical control, reliable, audio-visual and convenient for maintenance.
  8. Centralized button control system, with adjustment, manual and semi-automatic operation modes at operator’s choice.
  9. The working pressure, pressing speed, idle speed and stroke of slow pressing speed can be adjusted.
  10. Safety fence and ladder are equipped on the upper beam to assure safety when maintenance.

 

V.  Basic configuration.

  1. Sealing parts for cylinder: (including knock out cylinder and buffering cylinder) Main sealing ring adopts new style YX sealing ring which has the features of low friction and bears high pressure. The material is imported from Japan.

Sealing rings for pipes: Imported from Taiwan.

  4. PLC from Mitsubishi, and Schneider AC contactor
  5. Cylinder: Din C45  
  6. 4 Columns: Chrome-plate processed surface, the slide block uses the wear-resisting link structure to joint the four columns, to reduce the attrition.
