Product Introduction:
BW-B2D Plastic Thermal Overload Protector for electrical tools is consist of high sensitive bimetal , active contact-head , passive contact plate , outer case , thermal resistant lead etc .
When operating , bimetal disc is in free state , active contact head and passive contact plate are closed and circuit is on . When working electric machine is in operation and produce heat caused by some trouble and temperature raise to the rated action temp. . The bimetal produce inner stress and act quickly to push the movable contact head and make the contact point off . In the end ,power supply is cut down. Overheat protection is completed .
When the machine attached temperature decrease to rated reset temperature , bimetal restore to initial state that the movable contact head close , the machine continue working .
