Working principle of magnetic AC contactor:
when the coil is energized, a static iron core generates electromagnetic force, will be moving iron core is attracted, because the contact system and the movable iron core linkage, the movable iron core drives the three movable contact piece run at the same time, contact is closed, thereby connecting the power supply. When the coil is de-energized, suction disappeared, the movable iron core linkage relies in part on the reaction force of the springs and the separation, the main contact is switched off, cut off the power supply. Selection of AC contactor
Usually pay attention to the following points: there is no smell smell, please check the winding and contact. Listen to see whether they have a very loud squeak - sound, such as may be low power supply voltage and the point of contact with dirt or dynamic and static iron core contact surface is dirty. Description:
The power consumption of the UKC1- low consumption type contactor is 1.2W.
Low coil power consumption greatly expands application flexibility. Standard AC coils require 1.8 watts.
Directly drive contactor by transistor output of PLC
This contactor can be driven by a transistor output of a PLC or electronic equipment such as photoelectric switch, or a proximity limit switch. Therefore, it is possible for this contactor to directly interface without interface relay for driving a 3-phase induction motor.
AC Contactors (Magnetic Contactor) provide remote control of primarily electric motors and compensation & heating systems by cable. They protect the instruments and equipments against overload currents by using thermal relays, for capacitor switching contactor.
While switching on a capacitive circuit, a high frequency and large transient current peaks are produced. Switching of capacitor for a single or one of the capacitor banks are different from each other. Step by step "switching on" operation is more difficult for contactor than capacitor bank. Because during this operation for capacitor bank, compensated current occurs. For this reason selecting of suitable contactors the compensating current must be take into consideration for 50kVAR and above, and for less than 50kVAR can be omitted.

Working principle
Reverse osmosis,short for RO, which is under external pressure, and some components in solution
through selective, so as to realize the purpose of desalination, purification and enrichment separation.
When it is used in water treatment equipment, it can remove most ions in water, and also the fine particles, bacteria and organic impurities. Nowadays, it is the advanced and economic water treatment equipment
over the world. Reverse osmosis is used of high pressure pump continuously to force the water content
high salt delivered to the RO device, RO device comprises a reverse osmosis membrane element and
the pressure vessel, input water is divided into low salt of penetration solution and high salt of
concentrated solution. Water is controlled by regulating valve according to proportion of the
concentrated solution and penetration solution.
